“Tsuishitsu” is a type of “choshitsu,” one of the three techniques of Kagawa urushi lacquer art, in which a lump of urushi coated with layers of various colored urushi lacquer is polished to reveal beautiful layers of color.

Although natural urushi lacquer is used, you will work with completely dried urushi, so there is no need to worry about rashes.
However, those who are sensitive to even dry urshi lacquer are not allowed to participate.
You can take your finished work home with you.
